    1. Add 5 drops of essential oil to filtered water in an ultrasonic diffuser to release a fine, aromatic mist in the air.
    2. For topical use, dilute essential oils with a carrier oil before applying to the skin. The standard dilution ratio is 1-2% (about 5-10 drops of essential oil per 30ml of carrier oil). Mix 1 drop into lotion or skincare products to improve skin condition, or add 2-3 drops to body and hair cleansers.
