Refund & Return Policy

Thanks for shopping at Phutawan Malaysia operated by Nationwide Trading Sdn Bhd.
If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to help.

• You have [7] calendar days to return an item from the date you received it.

 

• Please ensure the followings terms & conditions are fulfilled;

• Receive of Defect/damaged item(s)
• Receive of wrong item(s)/ size
• Item(s) unused with original tags attached (if any) & wrap it in original plastic.
• All exchanges/ returns require a valid Invoice receipt.
• All exchanges are subject to our stock availability & we need approximately one to three weeks to process the request.
• All products are eligible for only a one-time exchange and return.
• Exchange and return are not eligible for promotional items.

 

• If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your credit card (or original method of payment). You will receive the credit within a certain amount of days, depending on your card issuer’s policies.

 

• You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

 

• Phutawan Malaysia reserves the right of final decision if the product returned is in unsatisfactory condition, or the above terms are not met.
